I have literally bought 1000s of cigars here under the username LONGFILLER. But now some SOB has my original name LONGFILLER, and my account had to be reopened. I don't appreciate old customers being kicked to the curb like that. It feels like I have been violated! I wonder how many other people that has happened to? Let me know if you are one of them, or if I am uniquely special.
