I won a bid last frday on 2/13/26 and i cant seem to track it or get a email on my item as to when it will be delivered

**UPDATE**

The order status still reads "Processing" when I try to track the order, but it was just delivered today. Not sure why the tracking isn't working but at least for me all is in order.

Same here. I won two lots, the last of which was on 2/13. I have Tuesday selected as my weekly shipping day, which would have been 2/17, but it evidently didn't ship on that day. As of today, February 22, my order still says it is "Processing."

They may have screwed up counting inventory and something is on backorder.
Have you tried calling or emailing CS?

I have bid on Padilla Gordo's. I am now being told they are on back order and it might take a month to arrive. How do you allow someone to bid on an item that is out of stock?? I have called several times and asked to speak to a manager and am told you have to get on a list for a call back from a manager. I have been using Cigar bid for 15 years and have never had a problem like this before.
