How stupid is our workforce today when a customer provides a post office box for shipping and some moron at Cigarbids sends my items via UPS? Doesn’t ansk for a physical anddress! Just washes their hands of the package, annd to hell with me! Are you freeking kidding me? P.O. Box = USPS! Physical address = UPS or FedEx! Simple. These cigars were for a special occasion and now…..they’ve been returned. My business and 1000’s of future dollars spent will go elsewhere! Sayonara!
