Wanted to introduce myself and share some good news. My wife and I relaunched Heartfelt this year — we took it over with Viper's blessing and guidance, and we're bringing back the same 65% and 70% RH humidification beads a lot of you have relied on for years.

I know the last while has been rocky — shipping delays and slow communication were real issues before, and I get why some of you moved on to alternatives. We've made fixing that our first priority: orders are shipping fast, and we're personally handling support, so if something's ever off, you'll actually hear back.
