I've sent an e-mail to many of you on this topic already, but I am proposing a cigar pool on the NCAA bowl games. There are 2 dozen bowl games between next Monday and the Friday following New Years ... depending on the nature and volume of response I get, the pool will either include ALL of those games or the approximate half of them which will take place between New years Eve and the Fri following ...

I would like to have enough participants to pay 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes ... decision on whether to include all games or the new years eve and later games will be made today based on the response I get ...

I just sent pool info out to everyone who responded as well as to a number of others I thought MIGHT want to participate ... it's already a good pool and could very easily go above a box of smoke to 1st place winner with worthwhile quantities to 2nd and 3rd places ...

got more people who expressed interest than have sent in picks so far ... gotta match the two lists and send reminders to those who've said they wanted in, but have yet to send picks ... if everyone submits, we'll have about as many as are in the NFL pool ...
