Got'em for yard smokes and I'll be damned if they didn't perform like a champ! Thick white ash, even burn, cool easy draw, and fairly full bodied. Not bad for $19.00/bundle. I absolutely love the Camacho Corojo Fig., so if this tells you anything of their taste....I maybe a tad over zealous at this point, but, none the less, good cheap smokes.

Cheap smokes. Nothing else positive can be said for them. Most bundle cigars are better.

IMHO ... there are very few cigars that I would take either fishing or hunting with me and then be willing to finish it while waiting for a dinner table .... this one has my vote 100% - and Marla, you never told me that you still smoke them ...

p.s. $19/bundle is a heck of a deal ... I paid almost twice that much and was HAPPY to do so ...

I agree, the first time I tried these Sportsman's Reserve I was suprised. My original notes from my cigar journal was "These should be called Sportsman's Paradise" A smooth medium smoke with good balance and even ash! I you have not tried them, I would recommend. Mr Mean, maybe you got a bad one. Smoked an Opus X last night with a friend from My humi and his didn't smoke like mine.. Just goes to show...

I've had plenty of em. But this is one I got tired of really fast. And I do have some corojo bundles I got cheaper that I like more and have not grown tired of. My opinion is just that, my opinion. Unfortunatley, it is very low when it comes to Sportsman's Reserve.

I took a few fishing at Pyramid Lake NV. They were good, burned a long time, kept their taste to the butt. Added plus, I didn't worry abour getting them wet or dropped off the boat (neither happened). At a buck a pop or less...not bad in my book.
