I saw a guy do that with a gold necklace once. Sooo, being younger and wearing a gold necklace at the time, I decided to give it a try while out with some friends...I might have had a few drinks in me to. Not hard to do, but it leaves the throat a little scratchy. The hardest part is reaching back in your throat and grabbing the necklace *gag* *gag* Recommend practicing with a cooked piece of spaghetti.
