Was surfing around and came across "Schimmelpenninck" Cigars. Tried a Google search and got nothing. (With a name like Schimmelpenninck, I can see where the marketing might be an uphill battle.) Seams to me that the bands would have to go on lengthwise to accomodate the name.
Anyone heard of these things?

Dutch cigars produced in the Netherlands. Dry-baked and very mild. Entire line are mini-cigars that are slightly flavored. In other words, crap.

well, ive got a box or 2 that i got for cheap and think they are a nice change of pace cigar. they dont taste flavored to me. (shrugs nonchalantly)

I meant to say SOME are slightly flavored.

hmmm. never had the ones in little tins, maybe those have the flavoring? the ones i got are 4"-5"x40 or so.

"Schimmelpennincks" were william hurts brand of cigar in the movie "Smoke"

a fairly common and not generally regarded as a crap brand ... more mild than I care for, not all are small and not all are flavored ... remember that taste and beauty are in the eye of the beholder ... I'm not sure that we could all agree on ANY one cigar ...

bottom line is, my opinion or that of anyone else is not necessarily gonna be the same as yours ... give 'em a try and judge for yourself ...
