Doc, I enjoy watching/listening to JVIM and also John Hagee... it has been awhile though since I have sat down and actually seen either one's programs... the Wife and I have discussed allot of things dealing with the Bible and all...(she being a PK and all) many things that do not like to be discussed in public or even sermond in Church is Prophecies and Revelations... many people do not feel well discussing these issues... (1) is because Facts are writen in Black and White and it scares many people and runs them off...(2)People fear what is writen about end times and doom. Because they do not understand or do not want to beleive the events in Revelations could happen at anytime (3) most people go take it in stride about there religion and God until something Tragic happens in there life then they fall closer to God/Jesus/the Church/Etc... or in some cases they blame the tragedy on God and close him out of there lives all together... in many cases people get so cought up in there Church and members of there Church they follow that and fall away from what there really suppose to follow then when something goes wrong with the fellowship in there church or with the pastor of the church they start losing interest in even attending...
as far as the Codes go.. if you type it in Yahoo you will find even the book Moby ****** can come up with ELS codes to events that have happened... that is not what I had intended this tread to be...nor did I entend to type so much here tonight....I am just amazed at how many of the Prophesies/events from the Bible have unfolded just in my generation alone.... I am a History buff and love to dig into both Biblical/political and the World histories

Admitedly, not all doomsayers are trying to seperate you from your money. Many are trying to scare you into say, allow the leaders to sleep with your wife/daughter before you commit mass suicide, (Jim Jones & David Koresh),or maybe murder wealthy Whites to help move a twisted prophesy along. (Charles Manson).
Throughout it's history, plenty of religious leaders have "re-writtin", "translated" and "read into" the bible whatever suited their agenda of the times. (See Spanish inquistion, Salem Witch Trials and the Crusades.) I don't see this as being any differant.
