Looking for opinions from those that just received their box(es) from the last close-out...Just received my three boxes (one of them were maddies) today and will be smoking one of the nats (I don't think there's any age on the maduro...different band and no yellow on the cello..plenty of yellow on the nats...looks good)
Ill post later after I try one of the nats on the way to the post office today

They will make a good cigar for doing yard work, etc!
Not something you will pull out when looking for a great smoke! alittle on mild side, which you will not care for! I don't really like them and did not buy any!

I got my box today. Petite nats. Very nicely aged, lots of yellow, some of the cigars have started to bloom. I did notice that there are some small size differences with some cigars, even the caps look off on a few. Smooth oily colorful wrapper though.

They are a little dry, however a few days in my humi will fix that.

I already clipped one and lit it up. Not bad at all. It's a very mild cigar, didn't produce much smoke, however everything tasted nice and smooth. Slight amount of bitter, but overall just smooth.

Not anywhere near the top of my list, but for being about the same price as Swisher Sweets, I'd say they're plenty good enough.

Mr. Mean made a funny!..Mr Mean made a funny!...LOL
I lit up one of the aged nats on the way to the post office and it is a milder cigar but it had a very nice flavor..Surprisingly it's better than how I thought it would be..Flavor was nutty, with a hint of cocoa, with some small subtle changes in strength...Not bad at all for $0.52 a smoke!

Just got mine today, and have not tried any yet. I sometimes want a milder cigar, so that part doesn't bother me. They were a little dry, so I put them in the humi right away. Two of them had a white, kind of like a moldy area on them. Is this anything to be concerned about?

If it wasn't fuzzy (mold), and looked more like crystals or powder ... it was bloom/plume.

The latter is a very good thing. It's a sign that it was aged well in the proper humidity, and will add to the taste.

Just received the Blowout special, Soleares Corona. At 12.50 a box I had to try one before letting them rest. Suprisingly it had a real even burn, 1-1/2 ash, started mild, but ended up with a little bit. Overall, I think for around .50 a stick it isn't a bad short smoke.
