I left work early last friday to meet with friends over beer and ribs. Went to a hockey game between my alma matta and Providence College, in providence.
As is the ritual, we went to the local college hang out to pose as old men gawking at young college chicks.
The problem was I forgot my three-finger cigar case at home, so I emptied my work humidor into my Otterbox.
The Otterbox is too large to fit into my jacket pocket, so after getting beat at pool by a beautiful blonde grad student I left without my case.
Figured this out halfway home, but didn't feel the need to drive the hour back at 2 a.m.
Short story long, I called the bar and they no longer know where it is.
Question: are all barkeeps theives?
PS: It's OK to say "nice rack" when you're playing pool...

Problem is that anybody could have taken your humi. It is a sad world when people/thieves, etc feel compelled to "take" and keep something like that.

I played pool last night with my son at a sport's pub down the street...dude, I scratched on the eight ball...it sucks losing to a kid!

Only two sticks left, and I'm not concerned about them (cheapies).
I know the barkeep had it because I called on my way home and he grabbed the package to put behind the bar. The noise level was too high so I suggested that I'd call the next day to give shipping address, etc.
THAT'S when the dude said " yeah, I saw it but now it's gone..."
Luckily, I have a "spare" otterbox. Just didn't think I'd need to break it out so soon. Also, I'm pissed that this occurred about one week after the blowout on these.
At least the beer was good.
And my goodness, the young women wear low cut pants...
