Whew! Drunk on Japanese malt whiskey and Joyo De Nics! Has anyone else had Japanese malt? Stuff was pretty impressive. It was aged 12 yrs. in 1994, so you do the math.

... once it is bottled, it will no longer age (as it did in the casks, or whatever they had it aging in) ...

Does that mean if I bottle myself, I can be taken out in 100 years and pick up where I left off? I have some bottled up emotion, which seems to get mellower over time... If I could save time in a bottle, I'd save every day till eternity passed, blah blah blah. Sorry, I was having forum withdrawal since cbid was down.
