Just wondering? I recently won a bid on a CAO odyessy cigar. It arrived this past week and I just got around to taking it out to examine it and guess what? It had a tear inside the cellophane on the wrapper about an 1/3 of an inch long? This was the first time that I have recieved a damaged cigar from cbid. I just finished a cs request. Just wondering if this sort of thing happens often/to anyone else? I just find it strange, that the cellophane looks like it wa snever taken off and the wrapper was damaged?

Hey who knows what happens sometimes... life ain't perfect. But if you give C-bid a chance they will always make it right. I wish every web retailer's customer service was as good as theirs.

It does come in a coffin box and the cello was not ripped, but the wrapper was. Strange huh?

I've never had ripped cello, but I did win a box of Oliva's where every cigar wrapper was loose. Cbid quickly replaced the box, even the ones I already tried to smoke.

Had this happened to me on 5 pack of Olivias. Emailed Cbid and they sent me out a replacement next day with box to send damaged ones back. They've got good customer service, they'll take care of you.
