Hey you guys i got it figured out. He bought a quick buy that reduces the quanity of available lots. so he saw a person drop off the list who had a bid in!

Rigged not at all, you screwed someone out of a lot because they had a lower bid, last time i checked that happens all the time here, it's called an auction! LOL

Whenever someone claims to be using 100% honesty, my next thought is "when he isn't proclaiming '100% honesty', exactly how honest is he being when he doesn't mention the 100%?"
