*grin* YES! that 1916 is still riding VERY high on my favorites list. the first cigar that prompted me to write a full-on review (still in the Cigar Discuss forum somewhere) was this cigar. an amazing, complex and delicious smoke that one is. always makes me smile when i hear others' thoughts on it. 🙂

what's on tap for folks tonight?
i may just have to have a '16 myself.

E-Chick,

We must have some cosmic connection. I worked last night, but I smoked a 1916 yesterday afternoon.

Glad you enjoyed it. Sorry 'bout the nails.

Had my 1st Peg Leg today. Yummy yummy!

Agree with justforfun............Not sure you can find a better cigar for twice the price than a La Aroma de Cuba. Have 75% of a box of double coronas that I was lucky enough to acquire not too long afte they came out. Aged about two years now. Planning on firing one up for the Super Bowl tomorrow. About a two hour smoke...........

I concur wirh justforfun and arwings about Arome de Cuba. I just finished a corona and was impressed. Great construction, draw and flavor. I've had the double corona and love it too.
