do you know how a bill put into the system works? and what gets tagged onto it through the process of going through the house and senate and then reaching the big guy?? the debates involved and then how many times it gets voted on and re-voted on weather something will stay in there or be removed?? and then the "Big Question" who the Yea's and who the Na's were on these functions?? so please inlighten me on this being the Bush Administration??? just because he's the man at the top and the local/national slanted news come out and said it is his/their fault.. does not in fact mean it was by their hands this got **** canned and then the process starts ALL over again when another Senator or Rep. with enough sponcers allow it to move forward...
