I'm surprised that you would post the self serving "general" statement of the head of the organization and give it any more credence than the initial post. Both are very self serving. I find the research done by both conservative AND liberal investigators to be more persuasive and these point to this organization being a shill for extremely liberal causes.

Teresa Heinz Kerry's involvement in so many national and international causes make it imperative (that should Kerry win) that she set up a blind trust and completely distance herself from any management of said trusts. Otherwise, the conflicts of interest are too mind boggling to imagine.

Grond, the rule of Ethics only apply to the Republicans! Case in point, Two workers for the Bush campaign have been linked to the Swift Vets for Truth, and both have tendered their resignations, but the Democrats merely point out that this proves the collusion between Bush, and the pro-right 527's. ONE of the two was an attourney who advised the Bush campaign, and ALSO advised the Swift Vets.
As people with ties arec found, they are culled out, Bush has called for the end of ALL the negative 527 backed ads.

There is an attouney however, who advises the KERRY campaign, who ALSO advises the people at moveon.org. Curiously enough, he beleives there is no conflict, and refuses to step down from EITHER position, and John Kerry says the moveon.org ads are not as vile and reprehesible as the Swift Vets ads, refusing to call for an end to any but the Swift Vets ads.
