What Rick meant to say is he and I are official co-tasters, and you should send us an equal number of Cubans, or a little more to me because he left my name off his post by accident.

That sounds like a great deal! You get the good cigars, I get less cigars, plus an inquiry into my embassy mail priveledges and possibly a hefty fine. I have a better idea...I'll sit back tonight and enjoy the three greatest things on Earth...Canadian whiskey, Cuban cigars, and Thai P***y. One day, if you're nice to me, I'll mail you a Saint Luiz Rey for your birthday. The whiskey you can get there, and the Thai part, well, you'll just have to come here for that (it's cheaper per hit than the cigars are-LOL).

Yo adroomi I'd be extra careful with those Thai women 20/20 had a story on Thailand which stated Thailand leads all countries in sexually transmitted diseases especially AIDS. Well at least you have your Cubans. JonR

I prefer Kool-aid myself. Actually I have to disagree fairly strongly with whatever 20/20 had to say. Thailand (as part of Southeast Asia) falls in fairly low on the AIDS infection scale. Thailand and the United States both have the same rate of around .6% of it's population infected. The US actually has more cases of infection per 100,000 people every year than Thailand. The winner (or loser actually) for this race is actually Sub-Saharan Africa at 2.2% of it's population infected. I mention these figures not out of guesswork, but out of the CIA figures released just recently (you'll find those figures on the net as well). I'm not defending Thailand (although I will if you get me started, Thai people are very AIDS aware and have done 20 times more than any other country in regards to it's prevention), just making sure our info is correct. HIV is a terrible disease and EVERYONE should be very careful with it. No one (even you all in the US) is safe (in fact, according to the above figures, you may even be at more of a risk depending on your lifestyle and habits). Enough of this though, we were supposed to be talking about Cubans, which by the way are wonderful cigars (at least this Bolivar #2 that I'm currently toking on is).

adroomi: Why is it when someone mentions the CIA a red flag pops up, is it because of their history of truthfulness. JonR

Either that, or more likely people watch too many glorified "conspiracy" movies. On this one though, the reports by the World Health Organization, AIDSWatch, and Unicef will back up the CIA's findings. Yes, Thailand has prostitutes, and yes there is a risk of disease over here if you are engaging in such activity, but these same reports show that there are more prostitutes per 100,000 people in the state of Tennessee than there are in Thailand. Be safe, smoke for enjoyment, and always trust your government, because we're here to help (LOL)!
