I don't think they should have the right to come in to my house without a warrant or a legitimate exception to the warrant requirement. Generally, that is what the privacy aspect of the Fourth Amendment is about. But, if they are coming in whether I like it or not, i would have to be an idiot to try to physically prevent them from entering...
