I've really been looking into #2's lately, besides the Monte, what's your fav and why?
I love Boli PC's with some age(couple yrs at least).............but they are really hard to keep around that long. Need another cab to put away.

H. Upmann and VR Unicos, but I never told you that...
The Punch Punch are nice when young, but as always get better with age.
The Boli PC,as with all Boli's they need a good bit of age..
if you want a smoke that is pretty good when young go with JL#2.
wheel,

Thanks Matt, I'm gonna put away a box of PSP2 first, but have heard a lot of good about the VR Unicos.............there will be a box in the tower someday for sure.
Wheel, I've also heard a ton of good about the JL 2 as well.......and what a good price point lately huh!

JL2 Aug '10 are smoking great!
Read elsewhere that JL1 '11 are smoking well too. Credible reviewers rated it in the low 90-point range with great expectation with age...
Anyone had JL1? Is the profile very different from JL2?

Robert,
I like the #1 better.
Category: Juan López Cigars
The Seleccion No. 1 and No. 2 are undeniably the best in the Juan Lopez range and their quality is first class. The No. 2 is a dramatic robusto with a wonderful flavour, combining rich creamy coffee with cedar and earth. Excellent aging potential.
The PCs are great too
I just read that too. but, I don't trust vendor descriptions.
I've bought 3 or 4 boxes of them over the last 4 yrs and have loved them all...
JL No.2 2011 box code was reported to be exceptionally good right out of the box.
You cannot go wrong with either vitola.
YOUR opinion?
Trinidad Reyes or Monte #5
