Dude I had a shipping mistake once called they fixed it shipped missing item. I have never had a problem with customer service always gotten great service from them.

Just by starting this thread you did bash customer service, no matter what you think. EVERYONE who has been here awhile has seen these threads before and KNOW that CB/CI customer service is top fuqkin notch. If you would have searched before you posted this you would have known that.

Which, in other circumstances, is usually a sign of weak will or low faith,. here... I don't know what that is. But I'll tell you this much - the folks we're actually talking about, you know, the CI/CB service folks were complemented by this interaction. Across the board. They were publicly applauded several times for resolving my situation & doing so very well. The over protective turf monkeys on the other hand... well, you each break out the way you do. He was a great dog man... well. Sorta. He had brain damage. As a result couldn't really be tied down. Liked to jump fences. Walls. barricades. That sort of thing. Then go run in traffic. His final escape had him clear a ten foot fence before he made out with a delivery van. Loved that dog.

Replaced him (horrid, right? Yet - that's what happened, a week later parents took me to the shelter to pick one out) with another black lab/fox hound mix (no brain damage this time). Wanted to name him 'Black Arrow' for the Disney movie I liked so much at 7... but the units wouldn't go for it. Wound up with Blackie instead. Yeah. Seriously. I know, right? They swear to this day they aren't racist but I'm not so sure... perhaps ignorant is a better word?
