Give the picker a break. The guy is probably pulling hundreds of orders a day, singles, 5vers, samplers, boxes. If it says 6 singles, he pulls a 5ver if available and a single, or 6 singles if no 5ver is available. Two 10 packs could also be sent as a box, depending. He sees an order for 6 of such and such, sees that the box contains 6, and throws in one as he's already looking at the next order. An understandable mistake.
