Ditch the salad mix - keep the spinach a little walnut oil and balsamic vinegar, grapefruit smell wonderful, but they taste gross, chop the rest of the fruit and toss it with some vanilla yogurt and OJ, bake the sweet potato and add just a little butter mmmmmmmmm, you need some hummus for those cucumbers, broccoli and peppers, you forgot to get jicama, and WHERE'S MINE?

DaQueenBeez is spot on. But don't forget your lean protein or you'll lose all your manly muscles! Tuna, salmon, turkey and chicken are good choices. Try the flavored tuna packets. Good right outa the container. I like hickory smoked! Muscle milk is great for washing down a salad.

Before you know it you'll be trim and fit as fiddle.

don't need no stinkin recepie, Tomatoes celery beets (go easy on these though anything that goes in that bright red will give you a scare the next day!) 😨 onions kale carrots spinach celery green/red peppers hot peppers if you like.

Now when this is all juiced up I do the unhealthy part by adding Worcestershire, Old Bay Seasoning, pepper and a little salt

Yum Yum drink it at least two times a day make a big batch and then freeze it!

Bought a Breville Juicer and I throw a bag in the discharge chute makes clean up really easy.
