Update from the Wilkes Barre Police Dept, 11/11/12 0500 hrs
Be on the lookout for a strange man with a large flat rate postal box. Seen wandering and mumbling and ranting about the box being late for delivery and people walking on his lawn.
It's not sure whether he is dangerous so proceed with caution. It is advised to call the authorities if you see this man.
Also if you spot an unattended LFR postal box do not approach it, as it may be a trap to accost any unsuspecting person or persons who try to lay claim to it.
In an interview with police; ''We are not sure what is in the box, It could be nothing but at this time we must prepare for the worst''
While talking with people from the neighborhood, who refused to go on camera or identify themselves, they have reported this unknown person before for strange behavior but seems to be one sly cat, always eluding authorities when called.
