Watch out for Eddie Martell. He is an administrator on a lot of FB cigar groups.
I sent him almost 60 cigars with the understanding he would respond in kind.
I never got a single cigar.
And he used that famous last line: "I'm just waiting for some cigars to come in and then I will send a package."
Never happened and was never contrite or sorry about it.

Happened to me too.

Split a box of Cuban Davidoffs with Kombat96 and that bassturd never sent my half.
