This morning someone mentioned the possibility of "Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon", which could actually get him more jail time then Manslaughter conviction.

I really hope one of these lesser charges don't stick, as I really had my heart set on watching Florida burn.

so, they can change the charges in the middle of the trial..?? shouldn't he need to be arrested on the new charges or something..?? 😕

haven't paid much attention to this because I don't really care who gets shot in FLA or not. Apparantly it must be interesting because it is a national case and folks seem to feel strongly about it. Are most people in here rooting for brown or black? I'm assuming they have been rooting for one or the other prior to all the facts comming out in court but it all has nothing to do with race.

For the life of me, I don't know why anyone would care about this case over the tens of thousands of others out there- many of which are interracial as well.
Someone must have an agenda. Al Tawana Charlatan perhaps?

All I can say to all Democrat, liberal leaning neighborhood watchers like Aztec Jimmy out there- I hope this nightmare is worth it!
