Basically, if I were to walk into Greycliff, find the cigar of my dreams, take a picture of the label, maybe touch myself a few times and decide I wanted more... as long as I purchased a cigar with the exact same labeling, I could find it.

I don't really see much subterfuge here. They're using the Greycliff name under license, yeah, but not everything with the Greycliff label on it is gonna be awesome, even if they were all made in the hotel by virgin maids.
