On land I am a wreck. Nothing to do but wait and see what the post office looses next. Lost my nice huge golden Tuna reel on the way from the repair shop. I should get me a 2 speed one next time. It has been a slow summer this year. I had hoped to HERF with a lot of cigar guys in their RV's but the place is deserted.

I m thinking about arranging the very first DIGITAL HERF where we all get on Skype and light one up together.

Busa has a hit headed my way so it looks like it will be Christmas in July....Wooo Hoo

The usual i guess. Im in training today than ill be partying for the weekend.

With much anticipation, the package from Busa showed up. I noticed right off the bat it was heavy on one end and was careful on taking it out of the protective shipping envelope. When down to the Priority box, I carefully cut the tape and gently peeled back the sticky side piece, and as the top opened, I just about jumped out of my skin. 😱 There was something wiggling in the box, inside of a Uh oh Blue glove.

Now in defensive mode, weapons pulled, lasers targeting the blue glove and its contents I discovered it was a rubber fishing lure of a spotted salamander. Whew! 🤨

Upon further inspection of the box, I noticed:

I feel like I have finally made the grade because I have the dreaded, and much anticipated BLUE GLOVE, the much spoke about Matches, the Patriotic and heartwarming American Flag toothpick, and a slimy Salamander....I thought I had a good signature item, my Twizzlers I send, but I learned a valuable lesson....Careful opening Busa's boxes next time...almost had a heart attack. wiggle wiggle.😨
