Don't know what the problem is eleltea... I have no problem getting good head... I prime with 3/4 cup corn sugar to 'bout 5 gallons wort...

Once I add the sugar I don't mess around. Five gallons are usually bottled and capped in 30 minutes or so after that...

Funny...I prime with 3/4 cup corn squeezin's and 'bout a gallon of wine...and if that dosen't work I'll force carbonate...
