The Cuban Crafters stainless double guillotine with a backstop is my favorite cutter. The stop has a round opening in the middle, to cut torpedoes. Had it for three years and it's still sharp. It also has a lifetime warranty. If you like V cutters, the Xikar I have is very nice.

I keep a cheapo Black Ops double guillotine with a backstop in my car for cutting on the go, and it works great. For what it cost, I won't cry if I lose it or it grows legs.

The one with the backstop like delta1 mentioned ^^. It takes a beating and continues to work great after a number of years.
