There was a pond in Rhode Island, where I grew up that was way back in the woods. My friend knew the guy that owned the land and he had a cabin built right on the edge of the water.

Since this pond was way back in the woods, and was on private property, it was never fished... until we came along. RI has a very short growing season for fish and we consistently caught 5-8 pound bass and pickerel of the same dimensions out of this pond.

That'd be the place... the cabin is already built.

I would love to have 10 acres in Norway. Some beautiful country there. Sweden wouldn't be too bad either...

Other places I would like would be:

Montana

Idaho

Northern MN (around the Lake of the Woods area)

Lake of the Woods is beautiful.

Right out my back door so I wouldn't have to travel too far to have a cigar.

St.Maarten

Oh, and as for the travel- yes, you get a transponder so you can be beemed anywhere you pick in moments.

I'd pick a spot in or around Prescott/Prescott Valley. The hills/mountains would be nice. A little morning chill in the winter mornings and long sunny afternoons.
