I like the pack. They are my third favorite team and the rest of my families favorite team. I do watch most of their games as a result. my wife and son make lambeau once a year. This time it was the Thursday Minnesota beat down.
I also like Jordy a lot. Always have.
I don't know what you meant to say I only know what you say. Anything short of tossing the ball to the ref is a touchdown celebration. Running though the end zone premeditated and launching into the crowd is a td celebration. I like it but it just is. Spin would be to call it giving back to the people that make it all possible. That's nice and fuzzy.
As for the discount double check and the news flash that Rodgers doesn't do it much anymore (just like Jordy isn't always benevolent to the poor crowd and doesn't always leap(is that good or bad)). Here is another news flash it's been years since popcorn, sharpies, cell phones etc. have been used. Seems to me you give too much credit to GB and not enough to everyone else.
Another news flash, they can't even slam dunk over the goal post anymore (at least they waited until Gonzalez retired). They can't even go to the ground without penalty.
I like Green Bay but they are no different than anyone else. I like their ownership structure, lambeau field, and their history. I even like most of their fans (including my family lol) until they play the holier than thou card.
And I have no doubt if we were smoking a cigar (I'd do it any time) you'd better understand what I am saying and vice versa. It's the nfl for gods sake. Nothing for normal folk like us to get pissy about. We can leave that to the millionaires playing the game and the massive marketing machines the nfl has trying to convince us of certain things.
