Best thing to do is crush it up in the bag. Lick a toothpick.... Stir it around in the pepper dust...... And add heat to food in these increaments.

It's a great pepper, with awesome flavor and heat. But alittle goes a long way.

Or bet your buddy 20 bucks he can't eat it without whining! That's always fun to do to "The Buddy" who thinks they can handle any heat [crap]

Wat kinda pepper hillbilly?I usually griw quite a few myself...though alot of cayennes. As the are easiest to dry and keep.I'd like to know more of what you grow,,,,do you save for extended periods and how..etc...I'll start a tread so as not to interrupt this un..

A wicked looking dried pepper, gorgeous deep red, looks like it should have heat waves coming off it. Looking forward to it and will handle with care.
