$153 with two days left. This one shows promise.

I picked them up on this site a month ago for $100. I wasn't even serious about the bid. Wasn't expecting to see it win.

Gurkha got a HMR Junior?
This ones price is more like it.
But still....

Yep, and that's about what they go for. I got one (a churchill) for $ 6 or $7 a year or so ago.

Only $9 each. $99 for 11 cigars. A box of 23 over at CI is only $45 more.

These are always hit or miss on the singles. Seems like when thy have many MF Boxes are on auction. You can get these for a good price.

Perhaps nobody taught him where to put his max bid?

Can't say I never overbid once or twice. CBid and any beverage involving the word "imperial" - not a good combination according to the wallet. However, I don't really mind being sniped myself- free enterprise and all that.

WHAT I DO MIND IS PEOPLE SNIPING APO/FPO/DPO ADDRESSES. FOR YOU NOOBS THAT ARE DOING IT, THEY'RE MILITARY OR DIPLOMATIC ADDRESSES. LEAVE THOSE SERVING OUR COUNTRY SOME GOOD SMOKES FOR WHAT THEY ARE DOING FOR US!

How can something be an "Overbid," when nobody bid on it??? 🐴

[quote=Hillbillyjosh770]Here's a new one for ya!!

Searched this one, admittedly not too extensively but, apparently, this particular cigar flies off the shelves (similar to Penzance Pipe Tobacco) as soon as they arrive. No on-line retailer seems to have them in stock. I did find one mom and pop store that was selling them for $16.50 a stick, but I do not think they sell on-line. Go on e-bay and you will find empty cigar boxes for this brand selling at equally ridiculous prices. No, I wouldn't pay what this guy did for the Pig, but obviously he was eager to be ripped off. That's the law of supply and demand. 👻

I would've sold him a couple @ $25 apiece if he would've asked me8-[

It's a rediculous price that's why? I posted it when the auction was active to see if anyone would bid.

Technically, that's not an overbid; it is an overpriced cigar and maybe one of the worst examples (or best example, depending upon your opinion.) An overbid is when a cigar that is sold at one price in a store (or online) is bought at an auction for a higher price. 😣

I particularly like the LP flying feral pig fiver that went for $203.00. Roughly 2.5 times retail is epic. More cowbell please.

Not the worst example but, dang, I was going to bid on these

$39.50 at CI :(

and as for that flying Pig. I will be in University City tomorrow, perhaps I should try to track that guy down and sell him some of my stash!

Gee thanks for clearing that up.[crapful]

Get in while it's still early folks!!!

Picked up a box of these equating to $20 a pop. I think they're worth it right at that price because they are more rare (and damn tasty in this size). Double that $20? Oh, helz no

👍 If I was a gamblin' man I'd say that's the president of the United States of America right thar'....
