Better temp control is next on the list of changes. Both in the mash and fermentation.

Weird thing is it was a sudden change, not sporadic or gradual.

Use a chest type freezer and a add on thermostat to set to our Temps
A chest freezer running at exactly the temp you want will not change when you open the lid like a stand up refrigerator will

More mid 80s today.

Although sticky, I'm going to miss the warmth when it is gone.

Our average high temps started going in the wrong direction starting yesterday.
