Bro... my BBQ guru is a KCBS winner (in multiple states) and now a KCBS judge. He asked ME for MY bbq sauce recipe... and he just gave me a bottle of his tweaks on said recipe... thanks, but mine is way better.
To be honest, I thought my sauce was pretty good, but when he asked me for the recipe... I damn near crapped myself. Dude forgot more about BBQ than I know... and he said my sauce was what he'd choose if he was at home.
(he also told me it was too spicy to win a competition)

I've had many people tell me I should compete, or start a business. I do what I do because I enjoy it. And because I love having folks tell me how good it is.
I have no illusions that I'm a master, teedubya and andytv convinced me to buy the smoker a few years ago... but a man who has been smoking for decades (and been wildly successful at it) says my bbq is very good... and my sauce is awesome.
