The company does reserve position and seniority for 6 months for tjose that leave on good terms. So if by some reason I decide to return, if within 6 months, it's as if nothing happened.
But, I dont like it, and they dont pay enough anymore to make me forget how much it sucks.

Had to borrow money for groceries, leaving no money for gas, smokes, etc...
Then last night I get a call telling me my favorite aunt has passed away and now I need to figure out how to get to Jersey for a funeral with no gas.
My wife hasn't been able to even meet my aunts and uncles (none of them could make it to our wedding) and now the first time she'll meet them is at a funeral. This is not how her meeting my family was supposed to go.
