But at only $3.00 over what the mothership sells them for (and on back order), he can have them now.
.
I really like them, but I can wait to buy more till they drop back down a bit.
That whole cigar of the year thing. I used to buy the hell out of Melanios when they went for a decent price... now, not so much.

Yup about that time of year again for the CA top 25 to come out.
any predictions?
I loved reading through these posts of overbids. My personal fave was the QB's for $30-40 over what the humidor was going for.
Hmmm I dunno... Ill have to go back through a few issues and see who's been spending the money advertising with them!!!
isnt that the truth
I once bought a 5 pack for $7 and they ussually run for around $12-16

Yup you overbid and so did the others paying $12-16 for those. 🤦
I didn't overbid on these.... I just said i paid $7 for a 5 pack once. and i see them go for $12-16 😳
Ya once you've smoked cigars for awhile you'll see that you overbid on them. Nothing wrong with it, I bid on crap when I was new to cigars and new to here too. Now I still bid on crap but it's better crap! Come back in a year and look at your post, your palate will be more intune with flavors you like and you'll be smoking better cigars by then.
touche... I'm trying to expand my horizons one cigar at a time. The thing I like about spectre (I smoke them like once a month) is they remind me of camping.
However, I am trying to expand my horizons on the cigars i smoke. I've bought a bunch of singles over the past couple weeks based on suggestions i hear about on these forums...
Have smoked one yet? If you paid a penny a piece you over bid?
Heheheheeee,! $60 for 6 PC's
I sure hope he sees fireworks when he lights those bad boys up.
You're definition of overbidding is a deal to some at their local shops, and they may think it's worth it if they have an order already. I know that these for for $20+ at my local, just on name and taxes only.

Ohio taxes are pretty high and even the shpos don't sell them that high.
Of course there are shpos that have that special room closed off with a barrel in the middle to bend those saps over that just HAVE to have them.

What surprised me is that several others bid $11 each for a 4.5x46 pc. A 7x48 Churchill is only $2 more at my shpo!!
