I often enjoy a "Dark n Stormy" while piloting the boat back home from offshore, makes the last couple of hours alot more enjoyable. Its pretty much become a tradition on our boat after a successful (or not) fishing trip.

Always keep some Crabbie's in the fridge for the wife. She loves it.

Buffalo rock is great and on the spicy side. Barritts is good as well. Makes a mean dark and stormy.

Good stuff. I see a lot of Dark & Stormy fans. Will have to try that.

How does the taste differ using dark vs. a lighter rum?

Had my first Moscow Mule about a month ago, then followed it up a week later with a Kentucky Mule. The ginger burn on the tounge is what I liked, whether it was vodka or bourbon based.
