Live and learn mid..... Just wait until you win a bid, get it back ordered and never see it or get it (but still get charged to ship it).

How many of you who bid get stiffed?, ie; charged my max bid offer and allowing for later entries pay less just because they didn't list a max bid?

I do not think you should use that word, I do not think it means what you think it means. INCONCEIVABLE!!

Hey I didn't call my wife a stiff. I said she makes me stiff. Stiff not a noun but a verb#-o

Wasn't it the movie better off dead where the newspaper boy was riding his bike after john cusack the whole movie saying "3 dollars, give me my 3 dollars!!"

At least that movie was entertaining. Unlike the troll in this thread. Btw welcome to the forum s4b.

Chazbo's wife will fix you up. Order robustos and she'll upgrade them to Churchills...but you'll still get stiff.

hmmm...I've never seen Paper Moon. It may well be in there, but even if it was lifted, I think that most people would associate it with Better Off Dead now....

Count me as one of C-Bid's happy customers. Any small issues are always handled quickly and courteously. Most recently, DaMarie has been a rock star handling a couple things.

The customer service folks here will work with you as long as you contact them. They have earned my loyalty as a customer and have never failed to resolve things to my satisfaction.

Well, I have adjusted how I bid because of it. Even if I would like to bid on, say, on all 20 sticks offered, I only bid on 15 now so that one or two lone bidders don't knock up my whole order. Still can happen but makes it a little less likely.

As to the other, the only issue I have ever had was the post-office's fault and Cbid took care of me great shipping out a new batch when the first one got misdirected.

:-k Wouldn't "stiff" in this context, be an adjective, while the verb would be "stiffen" ?
