I am in the minority obviously, but I think Simms does a good job analyzing why stuff works/doesn't work vs Gruden who just idolizes every player. I can get by Simms' voice and accent, I think the content of his statements are accurate and insightful without the hero worship of other analysts.
I think Collinsworth is decent.
