After our annual NYE Porterhouse steak dinner, I indulged in copious amounts of JB&DC and 4 Roses. Saw the ball drop in NYC and fell asleep before the star ascent in Chicago, woke up just after and watched the last half of Young Frankenstien.

No hangover.

About 10:30 this morning I made breakfast burritos of scrambled egg, chorizo and leftover porterhouse. Had a few beers to wash them down. Happy New Year.

Met two other couples at a decent steakhouse downtown.

Hung out in the bar from 5 to about 8, people watching, eating apps and enjoying adult libations.

Cleared out to make room for the amateurs, brought everyone home for a slow cooked pork tenderloin sliders, coleslaw, potato salad and other goodies.

That's when the Jack Daniels bottle was consumed, girls drank a couple bottles of Prosecco.

Fun was had by all.

No hangover, I'm a trained professional.

A half a dozen beers (cheap American lager) and a snort of Cham-Pagn-Ya at midnight (all over a seven hour period). The business I'm in frowns on drunk driving arrests so I always maintain while driving. I was only 5 minutes from home but our small town local police can be "ambitious".

My one friend did supply me with a nice Nica Rustica as a NYE smoke.

No hangover this AM!

I've come to gloat. At 31 years old, and drinking regularly, I've never had a hangover.

I had the rest of that bottle of Winterjack for new years, it was delicious.

Ease describe to me what that's like.

My brother, his wife and my cousin came over.

We ordered pizzas, hot wings and cheesy bread.

We drank beer by the fire and had a cigar.

Then we came inside and played Cards Against Humanity and drank a bottle of my Apple Pie, Balvenie Double Wood, Abyss 2014 and a 2015 BCS.

We just finished breakfast, I made a hashbrown skillet and bacon. I also made a pot of coffee and bacon bloody marys.

We played Cards Against Humanity last night, too. Love that game. Especially with a few drinks.
