I remember about 25 years ago working on a house, did plumbing and electrical work at the time, where someone broke though a brick wall and wrapped a chain around a gun safe and pulled it out of the house down the road... there was rubber from a 4-wheel drive truck in the drive way... not sure any gun safe is secure from theft... still wonder what was in it... 🤔

If it doesn't have plate steel and an over lapping lip, then it can be gotten into. It's easier if you can lay it down on the side, but it isn't nesseccary. The ones with a "composite" door are the easiest.

Did you read 800lbs. empty! Very thick steel, without putting up all the specs here is a little about it. I feel safe about this safe. The only thing the more expensive models offer is a much longer fire rating. Mine is only rated for 45min where the high priced ones (more than double) are rated for 2 hours.

Drill resistant hardplate with external spring-loaded re-locking device. New ultra smooth cam driven locking mechanism with increased handle rotation.

3-point chrome tri-spoke handle featuring slip clutch feature for additional security to prevent excessive torque to retract bolts during attempted break in and bold zinc die-cast polished chrome logo.

4-way boltwork with 9 massive 1¼" chrome-plated locking bolts, and 5 deadbolts for a total of 14 bolts.

Sounds like a Liberty, mine went through the burn and I'm hoping that they will honor their warranty, since the Insurance company didn't pay for all our contents

A safe is good to make them take time, an alarm helps too, but if you have a collection you may want to check with your insurance company as many limit the amount they will pay out for collections of guns knives and some other things. You may also find collection insurance a better buy.

Of course, all of you have an inventory with pictures of your entire collection with copies in remote locations.
