Went to the grocery store earlier after stopping at the post office and looked for something else to smoke. Figured I'd try a salmon but it's too expensive. There were medium fillets for about $20 ea and the whole large fish was 50. Feel like the last salmon I bought was under $30 for the whole fish. Dunno what the per pound price was.
