Of course it never gets old.

You keep thinking that it's the first time you've said it.

So ,

How was the "Wildman weekend"?

Sore from too much golf or

Sore with a hangover? Or both?

Checkout time was 5 minutes ago...

Get outta the rack and down to the buffet,

The concierge will store your bags for you then rifle thru them while you 31st.

caught up on reading the forums last night, made a post or 3, but never got back to this thread...

Had a great time, Mr. Jones, sadly soreness set in day one. No injuries but quickly developed lower back and hip muscle spasms so I skipped several holes and certain shots all weekend. No need to turn a non-injury into long term healing process.

This is my own fault, I have slacked off from the exercises I started post back surgery 20 years ago and these muscles can quickly become too soft to properly support my body. Luckily, I know what to do to fix this.

Ate carefully, drank my full share (and some of yours probably), had a few cigars, more than I had smoked the previous two months, got to hang with close friends and friends I rarely get to see, got to meet a couple rookies, steam, sauna, hot tub, pool (only because it was heated as the weather was chilly and the wind was howling)...in other words another successful Wild Man Weekend and another step toward permanently renaming it Mild Man Weekend.

Year 26 was a good one.

Good....

We've had a HighSchool friends weekend

At my cabin for about 5? Years now...

Not a long history of a weekends like your 26th? but great old friends and we miss the 5? That have passed away a lot.

We don't golf but drink good beer, cook steaks,

Eat big heart attack breakfasts and "punch-in" drink/ before noon.

( I BOUGHT a used old electric light industrial green time clock and found time cards to put our names on)

Target shooting and a camp fire are always a good time.

I know all about herniated discs too....

Between that and a shoulder surgery I can't play golf or tennis...I miss both.

are you qualified to write out the prescription?

Cuz that would be sweet!

actually, 98.2% of the spirits I ingested were high quality. Some of the Balcones Rumble I brought, a fair amount of Glenmorangie La Santa, a couple belts of Balvenie Doublewood, and at the restaurant a snort each of Mad River Rye (lacked spiciness), Basil Hayden, and Whistlepig 10 year.

Then the second night...! J/K.
