On the tale end of required skoolin n, book learnins for class 1 HHS Construction Official at the moment. Final exam in 2 weeks.

Getting the sense though that the chase for more certs will never end

About 20 hours short of a BS in Water Resource Engineering.............. Not sure finishing will make any difference in my current job,I'm at the top and have no intention of moving on.Next year I may add some classes to finish up but at 60 yo I'm satisfied.........it would just be for a piece of paper on the wall.

I ended up transferring to a Rutgers and achieving a BS in Business Administration December of 2019. Still have yet to find anything in the field that doesn't start at about half of what I make now in construction. Thought about going further with my education but the debt is already enough to scare me and no assurance the income would justify it. I am glad I did it cause I learned a lot, but not sure if I'll ever use it now.

Nobody ever graduates that program. They just end up expelled for one reason or another

BS in Political Science/Public Administration... completed about 2/3 of course work towards a law degree but dropped out when I realized I hated spending most of my time with my nose buried in some law book in the bowels of a law library and foresaw that would be my life if I finished and passed the bar and went to work in the field...

was working full time and going to law school at night and on weekends and just barely passing...meanwhile, missed the first year and a half of my son's life and my loving wife was becoming a stranger...she was happy when I told her I was done with law school

I was homeschooled, and only until the 6th grade, then got pulled into the family bakery.

Surprisingly, I picked up so much from so many sources, like Jeopardy, Reading Rainbow, Who Wants To Be A Millionaire, and all the books I used to read as a kid.

I didn't let my insane lack of formal education stop me though. I got my GED in 2011, and then in 2014 I went to college where I got an Associates Degree in Science with a Paralegal Certificate.

Dropped out of hs in 01, got GED, then got bachelor's in biochemistry and bachelor's in nursing. Should've continued butt fuggit. I work 3 days a week and can support a family.

BS in Metallurgical Engineering in '93 (last graduation class from UW-Madison where the program was called Metallurgical Engineering, now days it's called Materials Science since ceramics and polymers make up a growing portion of engineering materials). Handful of certifications that have probably expired since I haven't paid the fees to keep them active.

Associates in IT, currently pushing it to a BS degree with concentration on Cyber Security.

College was way more funner when I was young and could party at night and go to classes hungover by day.
