Colibri - The Gurkhas of lighters.... I tried a couple/few Colibri lighters from cbid, largely because they looked cool...and they could be had for well below MSRP. The best of them lasted most of a month

I use morretti quads and xikar fluid any other fluid and they sucks got 2 that are 2 years old

I bought a quad torch at a bucky's for $3 back in 2006 and it lasted me until 2012 when I got drunk and lost it. I never spend the cash on Xikar or Colibri or any of the known brands anymore. The gas stations always sell reliable torches around here.

Had bought a colibri that looked like a little silver flask. Set it down at a family gather and it grew legs and walked.

The Colibri Talon is my all-time favorite lighter. I have a couple still in the box to replace the current ones I will lose at some point. The Xikar Stratosphere is another favorite.

Glad I stocked up a couple years ago.

For pipes I'm a Zippo gal. I got the pipe inserts for them and I'm happy. I couldn't light a pipe or cigar with matches without using half a box.

I had a Ronson jetlite that lasted almost 7 years. Just used vector fuel in it and it was very dependable, though the tank wasn't the biggest. Now I'm using some Rockey Patel lighter that was a late friends, works well after I fixed it, the small hose from tank to jet had come undone, popped it back on and works a treat. Hate to think he stopped using it for that minor repair. 😞

I get a lot of Ronsons but they never seem to work again after refilling. I have tried every suggestion in the book and it doesn't seem to help. Maybe I just need to buy better butane for them.
