Went to the gym, ate and showered, then got a massage. So far my Friday is all good.

Found some Sudwerk Marzen at the local BevMo, too... so I grabbed a 6-pack.

I could really use a good massage!

Went to the lab today, on Dr.'s orders, to have blood screening done...


Then went to my fave Mexican take-out and got an order of carnitas nachos, something that causes my blood sugar to spike unlike anything else...woohoooo!!! (I hope to survive...heehaw)

Busy day, headed to Tampa tomorrow for NCAAs. TamapaTom will, unfortunately, not be available. I’ll be exhausted come Monday (it’ll be alright).

took a break this afternoon and hit the pool for 2-3000 meters.... back to work.

That's a huge difference... 😟

Meh... I know I did a minimum of 2400... lost count and did a few more hundreds... don't think I hit 3k
