Two nine hour days, followed by 3 12 hour days. Off today.

However, since momma works on Christmas, I signed up for overtime. Can't say no to extra $$, and it prevents someone with young kids from being forced into it.

Braved the masses to get a deal on furnace filters. Dupont 7500 filters for $2/ea at Menards

Every 24hr/early opening store was PACKED. I don't think there were many spaces left at WalMart, or the grocer next door.

Menards was pretty busy for opening hour on a Sunday, but would otherwise be an average 8am crowd. The furnace filter aisle though.... I only bought 5, but there were several people grabbing unopened cases from the shelves.

Spent two days trying to change a goddamn headlamp on my dad's old Chrysler 300m...

Manual said to remove a crossbar and rotate the headlamp assembly forward to get to it... dealer manual said to take the fascia off and remove the headlamp assembly from the front...

Tried the first... after hours and frozen nicked hands got it replaced... but couldn't get the goddamn assembly seated properly. Finally had to take the fascia off today to get the assembly back fitted in properly.

Poorly designed piece of crap....
