No plans to go outside. Well, out of the garage. Got a smoking day planned. I got the beers going, and threw a dozen chicken thighs in the smoker. Grocery store had thighs for $0.49/lb so why not

2 kiwi and some black coffee

brining a chicken that I plan to spatchcock and cook in the cast iron

Got some pork chops in the brine that will kiss the skillet and then rest in the oven for dinner.

Costco microwave burger smothered with Chipotle green chili and a side of cheezits.
